Who We Are

Summit Christian Academy provides high quality, faith-based education to students in preschool through 12th grade. With two campuses in Broken Arrow, Summit educates nearly 700 students daily.

We hold ourselves to the highest standards as we strive for excellence in education based on a solid foundation of faith, rich tradition of excellence, and long legacy of success.

Established in 1987 as a direct ministry of The Assembly at Broken Arrow, we began with 20 students and now have a student body of nearly 450, from kindergarten through 12th grade. Keeping our school community small is of high value to our students, who benefit from small classroom sizes. All of our caring educators also provide free before- and after-school tutoring.

We prepare our students for life in relevant ways – most significantly, to positively impact their communities and world in Christ’s name.

Because we seek to embrace the whole child, student admission is based on academic performance, honorable character, and a family interview.

We compete in the Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association in academics, fine arts, and athletics, with a growing emphasis on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.

The majority of our graduates pursue higher education, going on to colleges and universities such as the University of Oklahoma, Oklahoma State University, The University of Tulsa, The University of Alabama, Oral Roberts University, Florida State University, The University of Chicago, Colorado Christian University, and Missouri State University.

Our creative students develop their passions through art shows, stage productions, and concerts. The Summit Eagles football and soccer teams practice at our 50-acre sports park.

The service-centered Summit culture builds Christ-like character, promotes creativity, and supports academic rigor. Generous community donors and fundraisers have enabled our tuition assistance program, making a Summit education possible for many families.

NON-DISCRIMINATION POLICY

Every individual is unique, created in the image of God. Summit Christian Academy will admit a child provided that, in the opinion of the school administration, the pupil can benefit from the academic program and activities planned by the school. Summit Christian Academy does not discriminate and shall not tolerate discrimination on the basis of disability, race, color, or national and ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, athletics, and other school-administered programs.
