ANSWER: Absences should be reported by 8:45 a.m. Calling the office is allowed, but using the absence reporting link in the Summit mobile app is preferred.
QUESTION: Is Summit a closed campus?
ANSWER: Yes. Summit operates as a closed campus. Students may not leave during the school day without proper authorization.
QUESTION: Can high school students leave for lunch?
ANSWER: High school students may leave for lunch only with written permission from a parent or guardian.

QUESTION: How do I view tuition payment schedules?
ANSWER: Tuition schedules are available through your family’s FACTS account at https://accounts.renweb.com.
QUESTION: When do tuition payment plans begin?
ANSWER: Tuition payment plans typically begin in July, after financial aid decisions are finalized.
QUESTION: How do I apply for financial aid?
ANSWER: Financial aid applications open February 1 and are due by April 15 through FACTS. Families may also apply for the Oklahoma Scholarship Fund if eligible. For assistance, contact coverton@summit.school.
QUESTION: What is the Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit?
ANSWER: The Oklahoma Parental Choice Tax Credit provides up to $7,500 per student, based on income, to help with private school tuition. Details are available on the Oklahoma Tax Commission website.

QUESTION: How do I enroll a student at Summit?
ANSWER: Enrollment applications are submitted online. There is a $30 application fee and a $200 enrollment fee. Enrollment is open year-round, subject to availability and testing data.
