Athletics Physical Night 2026

Summit Athletics is hosting our annual Physical Night on Tuesday, May 5 from 5:30–6:30 PM at the Summit Activity Center. Physicals will be generously provided by Tulsa Bone & Joint, and all proceeds will directly support SCA’s Athletic Program.

As required by the Oklahoma Secondary Schools Activities Association (OSSAA), all incoming 6th–12th grade athletes must have a current physical on file dated May 1, 2026 or later to participate in athletics during the 2026–2027 school year, including all summer activities. This physical will cover participation in all SCA sports for the entire 2026–2027 school year.

While this event is optional, it offers a convenient way to complete this requirement. Families may also choose to complete the physical with their primary care provider prior to participation. Please note that the attached OSSAA Physical Form is the only version that will be accepted.
