BizTown 2026!

Summit 5th and 6th-grade students recently stepped into the real world during their BizTown experience, where they took on the roles of business leaders, employees, and citizens for a day. Students operated businesses, managed the flow of a working town, and learned firsthand how to budget their income, make financial decisions, and work as a team. Through this hands-on simulation, they connected classroom learning to real-life application in a meaningful and engaging way.

BizTown is designed to help students understand their roles as citizens, workers, and consumers, develop financial literacy and money management skills, and gain a practical understanding of business operations and the free enterprise system. Students also build workplace readiness skills such as communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, preparing them for future success beyond the classroom.
