Dear Staff,

Due to the expected weather conditions overnight, I am extending your professional day to a work-from-home day. As part of this, you will need to complete the Parental Choice Tax Credit application from home.

The online portal opens at 9:00 AM, and I strongly encourage you to be ready at that time. If you experience any issues, please keep trying until you successfully submit your application.

To assist you, we have created a resource page with key details about the application process. You’ll also find a chat link where you can request help from our team. Angel and Chandra will be available online from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM to answer any questions you may have.
