Summit Christian Academy High School Choir is an award-winning performing ensemble which is comprised of ninth through twelfth grade students. The High School Choir performs in school wide Christmas and Spring Concerts, competes in Oklahoma Secondary School Activities Association solo/ensemble and choir contests, competes in regional vocal competitions, and performs several times a year in our local community.
Summit Christian Academy Vocal Music Department strives to inspire students to know God, maximize their musical and personal potential, discover their purpose, and make a difference with their personal and musical gifts. Through hard work, discipline, commitment, and high musical expectations, students discover and grow their musical talents and also develop communication and leadership skills.
We auditioned for the OnStage Festival at Carnegie Hall in New York City and were accepted into the festival.
We are happy to offer you the opportunity to become a valuable sponsor of our Summit Christian High School Choir for the 2019-2020 school year. We are comprised of about forty Freshman, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Summit Christian Academy students.
We finished the 2018-19 school year with Superior performance ratings from every judge at the District and State levels. We also won Best Overall Choir at Heartland Music Festival in Branson, MO. This spring we auditioned for the OnStage Festival at Carnegie Hall in New York City and were accepted into the festival.
